All our orders are being shipped through DHL. Costs may apply.

Collect order

You may avoid shipping costs by collecting your order at our office in Utrecht. Please select this option as you place your order. We ask of you to give us the time to prepare your order. Once it is ready for pick-up you will be notified.

Lead-time

Have you placed (and paid) for your order before 15:00 on a working day and are all the items in stock? DHL will then deliver your order in most cases on the next working day. Is the item you ordered not in stock, or not sufficiently? You will then receive an order confirmation with the expected day of delivery.

In some cases this could take a while as we are waiting for further information from the factory. Please note: if you choose to pay for your order through wire transfer, we will put your order up for shipment only after we have received your payment.

Track and trace

You will receive a track and trace code from DHL allowing you to follow your package. In some cases DHL will try and deliver your package at your neighbours.
