Returns or complaints
Return process
You can return the product to us within 30 days. The product must be complete and in proper packaging. Products that are damaged, custom made or specially ordered for you are not eligible for a refund. The cost and risk of the return shipment are yours.
Please note that all returns must be sent with a paid stamp. Packages that are not stamped will be refused by us.

- Be sure to include a copy of the form with the shipment.
- In case of a defective product, the product must have a clear description of the problem/complaint
- Make sure it is properly packed
- Make sure the product is returned complete
- Make sure you send your package with sufficient postage
