At ROMAL.COM we respect the privacy of all our visitors, therefore we ensure to treat the personal information you choose to share with us with the utmost confidentiality. Your information is being used to process the orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.  For anything else we will always act with your permission. We will never sell your information to third parties and will only provide your information to those third parties involved with the shipment of your order.  Both our employees and the third parties we engage are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

When you place an order with us, we need your name, e-mailaddress, delivery- and invoice address and pyament information to execute your order. Your e-mailaddress will be used to keep you up with the progress. In your account we store your personal information for your own comfort to make sure you don't have to enter it again with each new order.

If you use our contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, we will store the data you provide us with for the duration of the complete answering and handeling thereof. The processing of personal data is done in a manner that is consistent with the AVG.

Through the session ID cookie connections are being made with the information in our datababase which are recorded during the session, e.g items in the shopping basket. This is necessary  to be able to order. ROMAL.COM moreover uses cookies to recognize you at a next visit. The cookie remembers login data to allow automatic login at your next visit.
